Work out, go to school, eat right, and whack other people with bamboo swords. What more could you ask for? This is my attempt at getting back in shape, learning kendo, and trying to find things that make life better one bit at a time.
Progress. Sorry for the crappy quality. Using my new Flip camera and had to take still shots from it. And no, I’m not taking the shirt off… yet. Not for another month at least till I get where I want to be. This photos are posted just so I can get over the whole “watched pot never boils” syndrome I got going on.
